The 4th CMEFF Chinese Music Ethnography Biennial

简介

CMEFF华语音乐影像志双年展，聚焦于中国与华语地区的传统音乐遗产、音乐表演与当代音乐生活，系中国第一个以音乐为对象的纪实类影展。第四届展映将于2025年7月16-20日于上海音乐学院举办。作为两年一度的重要影像文化盛事，CMEFF自创办以来，致力于推动音乐学、人类学与影像领域的学术交流与创作实践。

Introduction

The CMEFF Chinese Music Ethnography Biennial focusesontraditional music heritage, musical performances, and contemporary music life in China and Chinese-speaking regions. It is China’s first documentary film festival dedicated to music as its subject. The 4th edition will be held at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music from July 16 to 20, 2025. As a biennial cultural event, CMEFF has been committed to advancing academic exchange and creative practices across musicology, anthropology, andfilmmakingsince its establishment.
